One-on-one movement coaching allows you to explore your relationship with movement in a safe and supportive space. Sessions are fully tailored to your wants and needs and can include yoga, strength training, and experimenting with different forms of movement to discover what you enjoy and how you can build sustainable and joyful routines around movement that support and enhance your physical and mental wellbeing.

Group Classes
Roots Physical Therapy + Yoga
Feel Good Flow: All Levels Vinyasa – Saturday 9:00-10:00am

Feel Good Flow is an upbeat and energetic flow-based yoga class. Class sequences are designed to be accessible for all while moving through a fun, dynamic flow. You can expect to move through the same flow sequence multiple times throughout the class allowing you to deeply connect with your body, your breath, the music, and the energy of the space. This class is based on principles of joyful and intuitive movement and everyone is encouraged to move in a way that feels comfortable, supported, and authentic to them. This class does require the ability to transfer on and off of the floor.
Yoga Therapy – Monday 6:15-7:30pm

Yoga therapy is a well-rounded, slow and steady therapeutic yoga class that focuses on building strength, flexibility and balance in the body and mind. This is class is perfect for people who are aging, hypermobile, rehabbing an injury, or new to a yoga or movement practice. It will also be enjoyed by anyone looking to slow down and connect with themselves. This class does require the ability to transfer on and off of the floor.
PE Fitness Studio
Yoga for ALL – Thursday 6:15-7:00pm
Intensity: 1.5/5
An inclusive, all levels yoga class focused on mobility, nervous system regulation, and recovery. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and ready for anything! This class is accessible for all bodies as well as all skill and most ability levels. This class does require the ability to transfer on and off of the floor.
Yoga for ALL – Saturday 11:00am-12:00pm
Intensity: 2/5
Just as inclusive and accessible as Thursday night, but a little but stronger. You’ll move through a dynamic variety of postures focused on building functional movement patterns, neuromuscular connections, and stability. There will be plenty of options offered to make yoga work for YOU. This class does require the ability to transfer on and off of the floor.
